Holotype male in ZMPA.

Type locality: “Bocaina region”, São Paulo State, Brazil.

Distribution: Brazil (in caves and forest): Minas Gerais, Paraná, Santa Catarina, and São Paulo States. Larvae: Gnaspini, 1993b: 551.
