Type locality: Cochabamba [Department], Bolivia (stated by Jeannel, 1936 as Marcapata, Peru; probably confusion with locality of D. sanguinicollis Portevin [1903a] ).
Distribution: Bolivia: Cochabamba Department; Peru: Huánuco Department.
