Holotype male in SBPC [now in CMNC].

Type locality: El Llano—Carti Road, 400 m, Panamá Province, Panama.

Distribution: Costa Rica: Alajuela and Heredia Provinces; Ecuador: Napo Province; Panama: Panamá Province; Peru: Cuzco Department.

Note: The record in Salgado, 2013a: 88 ( Peru: Cuzco Department) is doubtful, because it is based on a female.
