Salgado, 2010c: 215 (assignment to group sinuosa); Gnaspini & Peck, 2019: 33 (assignment back to group, and to subgroup).

Holotype male in FMNH.

Type locality: El Valle (trail to Las Minas), 2400 – 2600’, Coclé Province, Panama.

Distribution: Panama: Coclé Province: known only from type locality.
