Type locality: 3 mi N Suchixtepec (on the road S from Oaxaca city to Puerto Angel ), 9500 ft., [Sierra Madre del Sur], Oaxaca State, Mexico.

Distribution : Mexico: Oaxaca State: known only from type locality. Biology: In forests.
