Type locality: Mt. Joy House GoogleMaps , 15º20.841’ N 61º22.000’ W, 400 m, Springfield Estate GoogleMaps , Dominica ( West Indies GoogleMaps ).

Distribution: Lesser Antilles: Dominica, Grenada, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Montserrat, St. Lucia, and St. Vincent.
