Idioscopus robustipennis Viraktamath 1979b: 173–74 View in CoL , figs 1–5.
Diagnosis. Ochraceous, head and pronotum immaculate, mesonotum with basal triangles black. Anal collar process thin and long. Male pygofer without ventral process. Aedeagus compressed with lateral surface sulcated. Other characters as in the generic description.
Material examined. HOLOTYPE ♂, INDIA: Karnataka: 36 km W Jog Falls, 18.xi.1976, C.A. Viraktamath ( UASB).
Remarks. Viraktamath (1976 b) adequately described and illustrated this species based on one male collected from Jog Falls area.
