Notes
The only English specimens listed by Kerrich (1949) (and possibly the same as those listed by Beirne 1941) were supposedly from the Lichfield district ( Carr (1924)) and are thus inadmissable ( Perkins 1953, Shaw 2003). There are specimens in BMNH recently identified by S. Klopfstein.
