Known previously only from three females taken on grasses in India ( Tyagi et.al. 2017), five females of this species have recently been collected in China. These specimens exhibit some variation in body color, four of the five specimens have antennal segment I yellow, II brown and abdominal segments III–VII light brown.
Specimens examined. China, Yunnan, Menglun Town, Xishuangbanna Tropical Botanic Garden , 5 females from grasses, 24.x.2017 (YanlanXie).
