Artbeschreibung: Ähnlich wie A. hirsuta , aber höchstens 30 cm hoch, Stängelblätter nur 4-10, entfernt stehend (sich nicht überdeckend) mit breitem Grund sitzend (nicht geöhrt), ganzrandig, Blütenstand gedrängt, oft etwas überhängend, Früchte bis 2,5 cm lang, den Blütenstand teilweise überragend.
Blütezeit: 4-7
Standort und Verbreitung in der Schweiz: Magere Wiesen, Weiden / (kollin-)subalpin(-alpin) / A, J (fehlt SH), seltener M
Verbreitung global: Mittel- und südeuropäisch
