Type:― SOUTH-WEST AFRICA [ NAMIBIA]. Unjab Mouth (2013 BC): flaches Riverbett östlich Passhöhe, Bergpass 36 km östlich Torra Baai, 17 April 1964, Giess 8040 (holotype M-0107414! ; isotypes LE-00011907!, PRE-0083090-0!, WIND!) .

Distribution: ―Namibia: Sperrgebiet, Namib Desert (Omaruru, Outjo and Swakopmund districts).
