Diagnosis. Body black ( Fig. 23); eye in dorsal view 2.7 × as long as temple ( Fig. 24I View FIGURE 24 ); eye in lateral view 1.1 × higher than wide ( Fig. 24K View FIGURE 24 ); frons smooth posteriorly, but rugose between antennal sockets ( Fig. 24I View FIGURE 24 ); vertex and temple smooth; face densely granulate, 1.8 × wider than high, rather convex medially and with a longitudinal ridge ( Fig. 24J View FIGURE 24 ); clypeus small, semi-elliptical and with some punctures ( Fig. 24J View FIGURE 24 ); precoxal sulcus widely crenulate, reaching middle coxa and anterior edge of epicnemial area ( Fig. 24B View FIGURE 24 ); notauli incomplete, absent on disc ( Fig. 24C View FIGURE 24 ); surface of propodeum densely reticulate-rugose, areola absent posteriorly ( Fig. 24D View FIGURE 24 ); pterostigma 3.3 × longer than its maximum width ( Fig. 24A View FIGURE 24 ); hind coxa smooth; length of first tergite 2.4 × its apical width, its surface longitudinally striate, its dorsal carinae parallel posteriorly ( Fig. 24D View FIGURE 24 ); setose part of ovipositor sheath 0.38 × as long as fore wing (total visible sheath 0.4 times), and 1.2 × as long as hind tibia ( Fig. 24H View FIGURE 24 ); two basal segments of antenna and mandible yellowish brown; palpi yellow; subapically antenna with 5–10 whitish segments; metasoma (except first tergite black and posterior part of second to six tergites brownish) and legs (except apical part of hind femur, hind tbia and hind tarsus dark brown) yellowish ( Fig. 23).
Description. ♀, Length of body 3.8 mm, of fore wing 3.8 mm.
Head. Transverse, width of head twice its lateral length, and 1.4 × wider than mesoscutum ( Fig. 24I View FIGURE 24 ); antenna with 36 antennomere, third antennomere (including annellus) 1.5 × longer than fourth antennomere, length of third, fourth and penultimate antennomere5.0, 3.5 and 2.0 × their width, respectively ( Fig. 24F View FIGURE 24 ); length of maxillary palp 0.8 × height of head ( Fig. 23); eye in dorsal view 2.7 × as long as temple ( Fig. 24I View FIGURE 24 ); eye in lateral view 1.1 × higher than wide; frons smooth posteriorly, but rugose between antennal sockets ( Fig. 24K View FIGURE 24 ); vertex and temple smooth; OOL:diameter of ocellus:POL= 8:3:3; face densely granulate, 1.8 × wider than high, rather convex medially and with a longitudinal ridge ( Fig. 24J View FIGURE 24 ); clypeus small, semi-elliptical and with some punctures ( Fig. 24J View FIGURE 24 ); mandible enlarged apically, dorsal tooth enlarged, lobe-shaped ( Fig. 24L View FIGURE 24 ), ventral tooth medium-sized and lobe-shaped ( Fig. 24M View FIGURE 24 ), middle tooth curved and acute, with no incision between first and second tooth ( Fig. 24L View FIGURE 24 ), medial length of mandible 1.7 × its maximum width.
Mesosoma. Length of mesosoma 1.4 × its height ( Fig. 24B View FIGURE 24 ); pronope absent; medio-anteriorly pronotum crenulate, remainder of pronotum smooth; epicnemial area crenulated; precoxal sulcus widely crenulate, reaching middle coxa and anterior edge of epicnemial area ( Fig. 24B View FIGURE 24 ); pleural sulcus narrowly crenulated; episternal scrobe linear and deep; metapleuron densely reticulate-rugose; middle lobe of mesoscutum densely setose ( Fig. 24C View FIGURE 24 ); notauli incomplete, absent on disc ( Fig. 24C View FIGURE 24 ); medio-posterior depression deep and droplet-shaped, not extending to middle of mesoscutum, scutellar sulcus deep, with three longitudinal carinae, sulcus 3.0 × wider than its maximum length ( Fig. 24C View FIGURE 24 ); scutellum smooth; surface of propodeum densely reticulate-rugose, areola absent posteriorly ( Fig. 24D View FIGURE 24 ).
Wings ( Fig. 24A View FIGURE 24 ). Pterostigma wide, 3.3 × longer than its maximum width. r:3-SR:SR1 = 5:20:52; 1-SR+M nearly straight; SR1 straight; r 0.4 × as long as width of pterostigma; cu-a postfurcal; 1-CU1:2-CU1 = 3: 20; 3-CU1 as long as CU1b; 2-SR:3-SR:r-m = 9:9:5; m-cu interstitial, converging to 1-M posteriorly; first subdiscal cell 4.0 × as long as wide; M+CU1 largely unsclerotized. Hind wing: M+CU: 1-M: 1r-m = 20:15:13; m-cu antefurcal.
Legs. Hind coxa smooth, without ventro-basal tubercle; tarsal claws slender, longer than arolium ( Fig. 24N View FIGURE 24 ); length of femur, tibia and basitarsus of hind leg 5.0, 9.0 and 6.7 × their width, respectively; apical appendages of hind tarsal segments absent, segments ventrally with dense bristles ( Fig. 24N View FIGURE 24 ).
Metasoma. Length of first tergite 2.4 × its apical width, its surface longitudinally striate, its dorsal carinae parallel posteriorly ( Fig. 24D View FIGURE 24 ); dorsope distinct; convexity of upper valve of ovipositor rather steep basally ( Fig. 24H View FIGURE 24 ); setose part of ovipositor sheath 0.38 × as long as fore wing (total visible sheath 0.4 times), and 1.2 × as long as hind tibia ( Fig. 24H View FIGURE 24 ).
Colour. Black ( Fig. 23); two basal segments of antenna and mandible yellowish brown; palpi yellow; subapically antenna with 5–10 whitish segments ( Fig. 24G View FIGURE 24 ); metasoma and legs yellow, but first tergite black, posterior part of second–sixth tergite brownish, and apical part of hind femur, hind tibia and tarsus dark brown; pterostigma and veins brown; wing membrane hyaline.
