Lectotype (Ohashi in Morat, Fl. Cambodge Laos Viêtnam 27: 104. 1994): J. Burman 29, Herb. Linn. No. 921.8 ( LINN) .

Current name: Desmodium renifolium (L.) Schindl. ( Fabaceae : Faboideae ).

Note: A superfluous name for H. renifolium L. (1759) , and therefore illegitimate.
