NOTES. — This record from a collection by Cochereau in 1966 “in New Caledonia ” ( Trapeznikova & Gavrilov 2008) is wrong because of a slide-labelling error. The specimens were actually collected on Mangareva Island in the Gambier Archipelago, on 13th April 1966 (Danièle Matile-Ferrero, pers. comm.).
