15. Anteon ningshanense Xu, Olmi, Guglielmino & Chen , sp. nov.

( Fig. 1 View FIGURES 1, 2. 1 )

Etymology. This species is named after the type locality in Ningshan County.

Type. Holotype, 3, CHINA: Shaanxi Province, Ningshan County, Guanghuojie Town, 7-8.v.2011, Huayan Chen coll. [ SCAU].

Diagnosis. Male fully winged, with head totally black, except mandible testaceous, completely reticulate rugose; posterior surface of propodeum with two longitudinal keels and median area smooth, unsculptured; distal part of stigmal vein slightly shorter than proximal part; paramere without distal inner process ( Fig. 1 View FIGURES 1, 2. 1 ); distivolsella simple, without two lateral processes ( Fig. 1 View FIGURES 1, 2. 1 ); metafemur brown.

Description. Male: fully winged; length 3.1 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna brown; mesosoma black; metasoma brown; legs testaceous, except meso- and metatarsi, part of metacoxae, metafemora, metatibiae brown. Antenna filiform; antennal segments in following proportions: 11:6:10:9:9:9:9:9:9:12. Head dull, completely reticulate rugose and granulated; frontal line incomplete, only shortly present in front of anterior ocellus; face without two lateral keels around orbits and directed towards antennal toruli; POL = 6; OL = 3; OOL = 8; OPL = 5; TL = 5; greatest breadth of posterior ocelli shorter than OPL (3:5); occipital carina complete. Scutum shiny, punctate, unsculptured among punctures, with anterior half more strongly punctate than posterior half, near anterior margin with large punctures similar to areolae. Notauli incomplete, reaching about 0.5 length of scutum. Scutellum punctate, unsculptured among punctures. Metanotum smooth, unsculptured. Propodeum reticulate rugose, with strong transverse keel between dorsal and posterior surface; posterior surface reticulate rugose, with two longitudinal keels, lateral areas reticulate rugose and median area smooth and unsculptured. Forewing hyaline, without dark transverse bands; distal part of stigmal vein slightly shorter than proximal part (8:12); stigmal vein forming an angle between proximal and distal part. Paramere ( Fig. 1 View FIGURES 1, 2. 1 ) without a distal inner process, with distivolsella simple, without two lateral processes. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.

Female: unknown.

Hosts. Unknown.

Distribution. Only known in the type locality.

Remarks. Because of the characters summarized in the above diagnosis, in the Oriental region the new species is similar to Anteon isoneuron Xu, He & Olmi 1998 . The new species can be included in the key to the males of the Oriental species of Anteon published by Xu et al. (2001) by replacing couplet 25 as follows:

25 Distal part of stigmal vein as long as proximal part, or slightly shorter.......................................... 25’ - Distal part of stigmal vein much shorter than proximal part.................................................... 26 25’ Head punctate, unsculptured among punctures......................................... A. isoneuron Xu, He & Olmi - Head completely reticulate rugose.......................... A. ningshanense Xu, Olmi, Guglielmino & Chen , sp. nov.

Because of the characters summarized in the above diagnosis, in the Palaearctic region the new species is similar to Anteon infectum (Haliday in Walker 1837). The new species can be included in the key to the males of the Palaearctic species of Anteon published by Olmi (1999), modified by Olmi (1995b) and Xu et al. (2001), by replacing couplet 7 as follows:

7 Hind femora completely black or brown................................................................... 7’ - Hind femora completely testaceous...................................................... A. scapulare (Haliday) 7’ Head shiny, punctate and sculptured by numerous short keels................................... A. infectum (Haliday) - Head completely reticulate rugose.......................... A. ningshanense Xu, Olmi, Guglielmino & Chen , sp. nov.
