Current name: Salvia hispanica L. View in CoL ( Lamiaceae ).

Note: Epling (in J. Bot. 67: 5. 1929) treated a Linnaean sheet as the standard (but not the same as a type). Wood & Harley’s appears to be the earliest formal choice of type.
