Additional notes: The holotype and paratypes were most likely never labeled as type material. Correspondence with M. Ghabbour indicated that slides are not present at the Plant Protection Department, Ministry of Agriculture , Cairo, Egypt, which was supposed to receive paratypes. We have a series in the FSCA with the matching label data but none are labeled as types. A lectotype will need to be designated.
