Notes: Teichosporaceae introduced by Barr (2002), typified with Teichospora (Boonmee et al. 2019) . Teichosporaceae species have obpyriform, obovoid, or globose, erumpent to superficial ascomata, multilayered peridium, cellular or trabeculate pseudoparaphyses and cylindrical or oblong asci (Barr 2002). Ascospores can be vary in shape (i.e., ellipsoid to oblong, fusiform, oblong to fusoid, cylindrical to fusiform, ovoid to clavate, oblong to elliptical), colour variation (i.e., pale brown to dark brown or yellowish brown, hyaline), septation (i.e., muriform, 1–3-septate, 1-septate, 3-septate) and presence/absence of a mucilaginous sheath (Hongsanan et al. 2020). This family includes 13 genera and 64 species ( Wijayawardene et al. 2020). Among these genera, Teichospora is the largest with 35 species, but few have molecular data ( Wijayawardene et al. 2020).
