Treatment

A valid species, Neacidiophora calo (Konow, 1907) .

Types. Netroceros calo Konow 1907a: 496 . Syntype (s) ♀, “Africa occ. ( Kamerun)”. Lectotype ♀ designated by Koch (1998) (MNCN_Ent 100192, MNCN Cat. Tipos Nº 12141, see http://dx.doi.org/10.6084/ m9.figshare.754538). Type locality: Cameroon (“ Kamerun ”).

Discussion. Koch (1998) assumed a “ Holotypus ”. According to Art. 74.6. ICZN, he thus selected a lectotype, as it is not clear from the original description if Konow had more than one syntype.
