TYPE LOCALITY: "Brasilia," restricted by Lönnberg (1913) to " Pernambuco."
DISTRIBUTION: Sinaloa and Tamaulipas ( Mexico), south to Argentina, including: Brazil, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Guatemala, Guyana, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru, Venezuela, Argentina, Belize, Bolivia, Surinam, and Trinidad.
STATUS: CITES - Appendix III ( Honduras).
