Diagnosis: Body medium to large sized and slender. Green or brownish-yellow. head, with a notch with or without a tubercle at the base of the fastigium separating the fastigium of the frons from the fastigium of the vertex, which extends beyond the base of the antennae. Oval or spherical eyes. Pronotum with or without lateral carinae, pronotal disc flat, lateral lobes slightly inclining, with distinct humeral sinus. Six pairs of ventral spines are present on the pro and mid tibia. Two pairs of ventral spurs and one pair of dorsal spurs on the hind tibia. The tegmina is longer than the hind wings but does not extend past them, surpassing the genicular lobes of the hind femora. The wings are well-developed. Two incurved apical teeth on male cerci.
