Panama, Bugaba 1000 ft, Volcan de Chiriqui 3500 ft (Champion). Unspecified number of Ƌ and ♀ .

One Ƌ syntype with labels: “V. de Chiriqui, 3-4000 ft., Champion” [printed on white card]; “Paroecanth. tibialis Sss. ” [handwritten on green paper]; “ Syntypus ” [printed on red paper]. Specimen set with wings folded; the tarsi of the left hind leg are missing. There is further type material in the BMNH according to their online database. Box A 27 .
