2.3.2. Competitive ELISA for Neospora caninum
The commercially available competitive ELISA kit ( Neospora caninum antibody test kit, cELISA, VMRD, WA, USA) was performed following the manufacturer’ s protocol. Fifty μL/well per sample, including kit controls, were added directly to the plate in duplicate. Results were interpreted by calculating the percentage of inhibition (%I) using the kit controls. Results were classified as negative when the samples were <30 %I, and positive if the samples were> 30 %I.
