( Figs 36–42 View FIGURES 36 – 42 )
Female. Holotype. Length, 0.96 mm. Head brown with bronzy shine. Antenna with scape pale brownish yellow, ventral margin brown; pedicel, F1 and F2 brown; F3 yellow; clava yellow, basal third largely brown. Mesosoma largely yellow; pronotal collar brown; mid lobe of mesoscutum in anterior third, except medially, white, otherwise mid lobe pale brownish yellow; axilla pale brownish yellow; metanotum pale brownish yellow, laterally white; propodeum mesal to spiracle with a brown patch, distal to spiracle white; prepectus white; mesopleuron brown. Fore wing hyaline with infuscation as in Fig. 41 View FIGURES 36 – 42 ; infuscation below marginal vein with a triangular hyaline area delimited proximally by a narrow infuscate streak; infuscation on disc beyond venation becoming lighter. Hind wing hyaline. Legs with coxae, fore and mid femora, all tibiae and tarsi white; hind femur in distal half brownish yellow, becoming brown apically. Metasoma with petiole brown; TI across base with a dark brown cross band, rest of TI and TII white; remaining tergites dark brown.
Head ( Figs 37, 38 View FIGURES 36 – 42 ), in frontal view, 1.64× as broad as high; frontovertex width 0.37× head width; mouth fossa width 0.46× frontovertex width; eye height 1.59× malar space; frontovertex and a rectangular area anterior to frontal groove smooth; sides of smooth rectangular area with fine, transversely elongate reticulate sculpture; sides of scrobes with fine, polygonal reticulate sculpture, cells large; malar space with lineolate reticulate sculpture; setae on frontovertex and along upper part of occiput as in Figs 37 and 38 View FIGURES 36 – 42 ; eye densely setose, each seta longer than a facet. Antenna ( Fig. 36 View FIGURES 36 – 42 ) with scape 1.9× as long as broad, abruptly narrowed at apex; pedicel as long as ventral length of funicle; F1 trapezoidal, ventral length greater than dorsal length; F2 and F3 with dorsal lengths greater than ventral lengths; F3 longer than F1 and F2 combined; clava 1.67× as long as broad, and slightly shorter than pedicel and funicle combined; F1 and F2 without longitudinal sensilla; F3 and clava with sensilla. Relative measurements (holotype, slide) at 100×—head frontal width, 39.5; head frontal height, 24; frontovertex width, 15; eye height, 17.5; malar space, 11; antennal scape length, 15. Antennal segments length (width) at 400x—scape, 63 (33); pedicel, 24 (14); F1, ventral, 7.5 (13); F2, dorsal, 7 (15); F3, dorsal, 17 (19.5); clava, 52 (31).
Mesosoma subequal in length to metasoma (33:34); mid lobe of mesoscutum anteriorly with transversely elongate reticulate sculpture, rest of mid lobe with longitudinally elongate reticulate sculpture; side lobe of mesoscutum with hardly visible polygonal reticulate sculpture; axilla with raised, slightly transversely elongate reticulate sculpture; scutellum largely with lineolate reticulate sculpture ( Fig. 40 View FIGURES 36 – 42 ); sculpture on scutellum deeper than on mid lobe; each half of pronotal collar with a line of short setae, and 1 long, bristle-like seta at posterolateral corner; mid lobe of mesoscutum with 10 setae, of which anterior 6 setae are small; disc bare in posterior half; each side lobe of mesoscutum with 3 setae; propodeum distal to spiracle with several short setae ( Figs 39, 40 View FIGURES 36 – 42 ). Fore wing ( Fig. 41 View FIGURES 36 – 42 ) 2.64× as long as broad, otherwise as given in generic description. Hind wing 4.46× as long as broad; marginal fringe 0.36× wing width. Relative measurements (holotype, slide)—mesoscutum length (width), 17 (27.5); scutellum length (width), 13.5 (19); mid tibia length, 28; mid basitarsus length, 9; mid tibial spur length, 7.5.
Metasoma. Setae on TI–TVII as follows: TI–TIII, 3+3 each; TIV, 4+3; TV, 7 in a line; TVI, 2 submedian anteriorly, and a line of 5 subapically; TVII, 6. Relative measurements (holotype, slide)—ovipositor length, 26; third valvula length, longer side, 7.
Male. Unknown.
