Etymology. The species name refers to its projection of ectoparamere shaped as gourd.

FIGURE17. Bodies of M. gouriatus sp.nov. A. male; B. female. Scale bar: 10 mm.

Description.Male: Body size small for the genus. Head wider than pronotum. Occiput slightly convex. Vertex broad and flattened. Frontal rostrum slightly convex in frontal view, inclined dorsally, and densely pubescent ventrally and apically. Median ocellus smallest of the three, ovoid; lateral ocellus transversely ovoid. End section of maxillary palpi almost equal to length of the third; end section of labial palpi almost equal to the total length of remainder sections.

Pronotum broad and flattened; posterior margin longer than the anterior; anterior margin straight and posterior angularly convex at the middle; median groove of pronotal disc distinct. Longitudinal veins of tegmina paralleled. Hindwings longer than tegmina, uncovered portion equal to the length of posterior tibiae.

Inner tympanum elongate ovoid; outer tympanum absent. Hind tibiae evenly bearing spines and armed with spurs distally (numbered 5:4); outer apical spurs two (equal in length) and the inner three (the dorsal one longest; middle one equal length of the longest; ventral one shortest).

FIGURE18. Genitalia of M. gouriatus sp.nov. A. dorsal view; B. lateral view; C. ventral view.

Genitalia. Lateral lobes of epiphallus small, shaped as triangular in dorsal view, apically armed with setose. Ectoparamere proximally rod-like; apically expanded, shape as gourd with anterior side curved outward. Apex of lateral lobes of epiphallus slight acute. The ventral of epiphallus bearing two semicircular-like projections in lateral view and anterior projection larger.

Coloration. Body dark brown. Head yellowish brown; clypeus and labrum yellowish. Disc of pronotum dark brown and yellowish brown centrally. Legs yellowish brown.

Female. Resembles male but slightly darker. Ovipositor smooth, arrow-shaped and slightly longer than hind femur.

Remarks. This species resembles Mistshenkoana belokobylskiji Gorochov, 1992 and Mistshenkoana kongtumensis Gorochov, 1990 in features of body, but it is distinguished by the epiphallus and ectoparamere. Apex of epiphallic lateral lobes of Mistshenkoana gouriatus sp.nov. longer than M. belokobylskiji and M. kongtumensis . And epiphallus of Mistshenkoana gouriatus sp.nov.ventrally bears two semicircular-like projections and anterior projection larger than the caudal.
