Taiwan voucher material: EBFS 09050201 , female 344 mm DW, Da-xi, Jan 2004 .
Remarks: Based on a single specimen first reported by Hsu & Joung (2004), however, another specimen ( ASIZP 63854), listed by Shao et al. (2008) as B. isotrachys , is probably this species.
Conservation status: Least Concern.
