Female. Body length: 2.6 mm.

Colour: head dark brown to black, palpi yellow, flagellum dark brown, scape yellow; mesosoma dark brown to black; metasoma brown, except the second tergum yellow; wing veins light brown, stigma dark brown; posterior legs pale yellow with femur brown and pale yellow at the base.

Head: vertex, frons and face smooth; malar space greater than ¼ eye height; temple narrow, width equal to ½ eye width; ocell-ocular distance 2.5 times the diameter of lateral ocellus; 15 flagellomeres.

Mesosoma: mesopleuron smooth, precoxal sulcus smooth, shorter than width of mesopleuron ; mesoscutum lobes weak granulose, hairy just along notauli; notauli scrobiculate meeting before prescutellar furrow in triangular costate area; prescutellar furrow with three cross carinae (one strong and two weak); scutellum weakly granulose; propodeum with basal median areas distinct and not margined, basal median areas granulose, basal median carina present, areolar margin indistinct, areolar area areolate-rugose, lateral areas entirely rugose, mesosternum smooth; hind coxa and femur with striations. Fore wing: vein r shorter than vein 3 RSa, vein 1cu-a interstitial with vein 1M, stigma wider to length of vein r. Hind wing: vein SC+R present, length of vein M+CU shorter than vein 1M.

Metasoma: first tergum longitudinally costate, apical width two times shorter than length; second tergum longitudinally costate, with apical width three times length; third tergum smooth; terga II+III with anterior and posterior transverse grooves absent; terga IV–VII smooth; ovipositor equal to ¾ length of metasoma.

Comments. This species is distinguished by the bicoloured legs, third tergum with anterior and posterior transverse groove absent and by the presence of striation in the hind coxa and femur.

Etymology. The name of this species refers to the location in São Paulo state where it was collected.
