Lectotype (Hedge in Notes Roy. Bot. Gard. Edinburgh 27: 161. 1967): Herb. Linn. No. 740.8 ( LINN) .

Current name: Eremostachys laciniata (L.) Bunge ( Lamiaceae ).

Note: Hedge stated "Type: Tournefort (LINN-photo!)". Although its provenance is uncertain, there is only one sheet in LINN that could possibly have been intended, so Hedge’s statement is accepted as a formal typification.
