Identification. 0.6–0.7 mm. Head and thorax black, abdomen almost brown with the last 2 terguites darker. Legs yellow, with infuscate coxae, hind tibia and last tarsal segment. Costal cell of forewings with 2 or more complete row of hairs. Antennae light-yellow, with third funicular segment subquadrate and club 1-segmented. Mouth parts yellow.
