Comments: This species was already recorded from Makokou (23-III-1963, Coiffait coll.) ( Villiers 1967). It is known also from Belinga ( Gabon) and Congo-Brazzaville.

Material examined: 1 specimens, Ipassa, 23-IX-2006, 00°57.236’N 13°11.049’E, 487m, Guilbert & Picart coll., MNHN.
Comments: Apparently quite rare, this species is known from Ivory Coast and the Republic of South Africa. It is the first record of this species from Gabon and the Ipassa Reserve.
Collartiella spinulosa Schouteden, 1931
Comments: This species collected the 27-I-1963 by Coiffait was already recorded from Makokou by Villiers (1967). This species is known from Cameroon and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Oncocephalus subspinosus (Amyot & Serville, 1843)
Material examined: 5 specimens from Makokou, 5/ 4-V-1971, 22-III-1971, light trap, MNHN. Comments: This species is known from Gabon without any other precision. It is also known from Angola, Cameroon, Democratic Republic of Congo, Guinea, Ivory Coast, Liberia, Nigeria, Republic of Chad, Senegal, Sierra Leone, and Sudan.

Material examined: 2 specimens Makokou, 19-XI, 21-XI-1973, Balachowsky & Menier coll., MNHN. Comments: This species was only known from Cameroon. It is recorded here from Gabon and Ipassa Reserve for the first time.

Comments: Already known from Cameroon, Congo-Brazzaville, Mozambique, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Oriental and Central Africa, this species is recorded here from Gabon and Ipassa Reserve for the first time.
