Crown wide and broader than eye width, extending beyond eyes about 1/4 median length ( Fig. 1 C, G View FIGURE 1 ). Face with clypellus short, base weakly inflated ( Fig. 1 K View FIGURE 1 ).

Male genitalia. Pygofer in lateral view with round, elongate caudoventral lobe, caudodorsal margin with pair of long processes ( Fig. 3 A View FIGURE 3 ). Segment X process wide and flat. Dorsal connective broadly U-shaped in ventral view ( Fig. 3 B View FIGURE 3 ). Style wide, exceeding apex of aedeagal paraphysis, gradually expanded distally, middle region with numerous fine setae, with four digitate processes on apex ( Fig. 3 C View FIGURE 3 ). Aedeagal shaft nearly reaching middle of ventral paraphysis; gonopore apical; ventral paraphysis asymmetrical, slender, slightly curved, base broad, and strongly curved at apex in lateral view, subbasally with pair of processes on dorsal margin ( Fig. 3 View FIGURE 3 D–E). Connective Yshaped, stem short and narrow ( Fig. 3 F View FIGURE 3 ). Subgenital plate relatively broad, with row of macrosetae from mid-length to subapex, distal margin with slender setae ( Fig. 3 G View FIGURE 3 ).

Female. U nknown.

Material Examined. Holotype: male, China: Bao Shan County, Yunnan Province, 03. VIII. 2018, collect-ed by Wang Xianyi . Paratype: male, same data as holotype except 05. VIII. 2018, collected by Yang Lu. No. CTW19002.1–2 .

Distribution. China (Yunnan province).

Etymology. The new species name is the Latin word “ fimbriata ” referring to the style with finger-like processes.

Remarks. This new species is similar to T. philagroides ( Jacobi, 1914) (Fig. 170, Li & Fan, 2017), but can be distinguished by the aedeagal paraphysis with pair of subbasal processes.
