Diagnosis. Eudonia truncicolella is similar to E. wolongensis sp. n. in the male genitalia, to E. lacustrata ( Panzer, 1804) in the female genitalia, and to E. apicifusca Sasaki, 1999 in both male and female genitalia. The differences between them are stated respectively under E. wolongensis , E. lacustrata and E. apicifusca .
Distribution. China (Hebei, Heilongjiang, Inner Mongolia, Jiangsu, Jilin, Liaoning), Japan, Europe.
