Diagnosis. Body length 9.4 mm. Mandible with preapical denticle ( Fig. 40 View FIGURES 38–47 ); median extension of clypeus emarginated ( Fig. 40 View FIGURES 38–47 ); clypeal disc imbricate-punctate with apex smooth ( Fig. 40 View FIGURES 38–47 ); dorsal side of pronotum with anterior transverse carina ( Fig. 42 View FIGURES 38–47 ); lateral side of pronotum without distinct transdiscal groove ( Fig. 43 View FIGURES 38–47 ); areola inside with indistinct reticulations ( Fig. 42 View FIGURES 38–47 ); marginal cell of fore wing less in apical extension than second cubital cell ( Fig. 45 View FIGURES 38–47 ); Gs 5 without lateral denticle; Gs 6 without median tuft of fine setae ( Fig. 47 View FIGURES 38–47 ).
