Diagnosis. Female. Body length 7 mm. apical margin of clypeus straight, without emargination ( Fig. 531 View FIGURES 529–539 ); tegula elongate ( Fig. 533 View FIGURES 529–539 ); lateral side of pronotum with narrow transdiscal groove ( Fig. 534 View FIGURES 529–539 ); dorsal side of propodeum with elongate key stone shaped areola with about 3 × as long as apical width ( Fig. 533 View FIGURES 529–539 ); both marginal cell and second cubital cell of fore wing with a small spur, respectively ( Fig. 537 View FIGURES 529–539 ); hind basitarsus with groove ( Fig. 536 View FIGURES 529–539 ); metasomal tergites with coarse punctures ( Fig. 538 View FIGURES 529–539 ).
Male. Body length 5.6 mm. Mandible without preapical cusp ( Fig. 521 View FIGURES 519–528 ); tegula elongate ( Fig. 523 View FIGURES 519–528 ); marginal cell of fore wing greatly longer than second cubital cell in apical extension ( Fig. 526 View FIGURES 519–528 ); median extension of clypeus deeply emarginated ( Fig. 521 View FIGURES 519–528 ); legs castaneous ( Figs 519, 522 View FIGURES 519–528 ); Gs 5 with well-developed denticle ( Fig. 528 View FIGURES 519–528 ); Gs 6 with short, sparse hairs ( Fig. 528 View FIGURES 519–528 ).
