Distribution in Iran. Ilam ( Ghahari et al. 2011d), West Azarbaijan (Ghahari and Fischer 2011a; Samin 2015). Distribution outside Iran. former Czechoslavia, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Mongolia, Montenegro, Netherlands, Romania, Slovakia, Turkey, UK, former Yugoslavia ( Yu et al. 2012).

Host records. Solitary parasitoid of the larva of Gonepteryx rhamni ( Nixon 1974; Yu et al. 2012), Gelis areator , Gonepteryx cleoplatra ( Yu et al. 2012) .
