Distribution in Iran. Alborz, Tehran ( Farahani et al. 2014).
Distribution outside Iran. Afghanistan, China, Cyprus, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Romania, Turkey, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan ( Yu et al. 2012).
Host records. This species is considered as a solitary endoparasitoid of the American bollworm Helicoverpa armigera , cotton leafworm Spodoptera littoralis and the lesser cotton worm Spodoptera exigua ( Hegazi and Führer 1985; Yu et al. 2012). Yu et al. (2012) reported this species from Chelonis inanitus, Pteromalus semotus , Spodoptera cilium , and S. frugiperda .
