D e s c r i p t i o n: ♀. Length 13 mm. Flagellum long and semi bristle-shaped, with 59-60 flagellomeres; 1 st flagellomere 4.8-5.0× as long as wide and 0.6× as long as eye; preapical flagellomeres moniliform, slightly wider than long. Head and mesosoma with long setae (as a long as flagellar diameter). Temple strongly and almost linearly narrowed behind eye. OED 1.9-2.2× ocellar diameter. Inner eye margins slightly convergent ventrally. Minimal facial width 1.0× eye length. Clypeus 1.4-1.8× as wide as long. MI 0.8. Mandible short. Mesoscutum coarsely and very densely punctate, granulate. Scutellum not carinate. Propodeum coarsely rugose; spiracle slit-shaped; apical transversal carina absent. Hind femur 6.9-7.1× as long as wide. Hind claws long, moderately bent apically, without teeth. Areolet pointed frontally; vein 2m-cu proximad its middle; ramellus long; vein 1cu-a slightly postfurcal. Metasoma with fine granulation, but shining. 1 st tergite 1.8× as long as wide. 2 nd tergite 0.9× as long as wide. Ovipositor sheath 3.2× as long as hind tibia; ovipositor straight.
Color: black. Setae of head and mesosoma grey. Hind edge of pronotum and tegula yellow. 1 st tergite in apical half and 2 nd to 4 th tergites entirely red. 5 th and 6 th tergites black, with narrow yellow apical margins. Coxae and trochanters black; fore and mid legs yellowish; hind femur dark brown; hind tibia reddish-brown basally, apically as hind tarsus black. Pterostigma reddish-brown to dark brown.
♁. Color: black. Flagellum reddish-yellow, basal and apical flagellomeres ± black. Inner and outer orbits narrowly yellowish. Anterolateral spot of mesoscutum and scutellum apically yellow. Legs and metasoma as described for the ♀.
