D e s c r i p t i o n: ♀. Length 11-12 mm. Flagellum long and semi bristle-shaped, with 44-47 flagellomeres; 1 st flagellomere 5.5× as long as wide and 0.6-0.7× as long as eye; preapical flagellomeres about square. Temple parallel or slightly widened behind eye. OED 1.6-1.9× ocellar diameter. Facial width minimally 0.9× eye length. Clypeus 1.7-1.9× as wide as long. MI 0.7. Mandible short. Epomia weak. Mesoscutum finely punctate, smooth and shining between punctures. Scutellum not carinate. Propodeum coarsely rugose; spiracle slit-shaped; apical transversal carina present medially. Hind femur 4.4-4.8× as long as wide. Hind claws moderately long, strongly bent apically, with basal teeth. Areolet pointed or shortly stalked frontally, slightly oblique; vein 2m-cu in its middle; ramellus short; vein 1cu-a slightly postfurcal. Metasoma smooth and shining. 1 st tergite 1.4-1.5× as long as wide. 2 nd tergite 0.7-0.8× as long as wide. Ovipositor sheath 0.6-0.7× as long as hind tibia and 1.2× as long as 1 st tergite; ovipositor straight or slightly bent upwards.

Color: black. Setae of mesosoma brownish. Clypeus usually reddish apically. Flagellomeres 11-14 sometimes paler. Scutellum ivory. 1 st to 3 rd tergites red, 1 st tergite basally black. 4 th to 7 th tergites black, with narrow yellowish hind margins. Coxae and trochanters black; legs otherwise mainly red; hind femur narrowly black apically; hind tibia in apical 0.6 and hind tarsus black; 2 nd to 5 th hind tarsomeres basally reddish. Pterostigma ochreous. ♁. Length 12 mm. Flagellum with 41-48 flagellomeres; 1st flagellomere 4.7× as long as wide; preapical flagellomeres slightly longer than wide. OED 1.5-1.8× ocellar diameter. MI 0.5. Hind femur 4.1-4.7× as long as wide. 1 st tergite 1.3-1.8× as long as wide. 2 nd tergite 0.8× as long as wide.

Color: black. Clypeus reddish apically, often scape ventrally and flagellum ± reddish. Scutellum and subtegular ridge, sometimes hind edge of pronotum and anterolateral spot of mesoscutum yellow. 1 st tergite except black base, 2 nd and 3 rd tergites entirely, 4 th tergite laterally or sometimes 4 th and 5 th tergites ± red. 6 th and 7 th tergites with narrow apical yellow margins. Coxae and trochanters black; legs otherwise mainly red; hind femur narrowly black apically; hind tibia in apical 0.6 and hind tarsus black; 2 nd to 5 th hind tarsomeres basally reddish. Pterostigma yellowish to ochreous.
