D e s c r i p t i o n: ♀. Length 11 mm. Flagellum long and bristle-shaped, with 47 flagellomeres; 1 st flagellomere 5.0× as long as wide and 0.5× as long as eye; all flagellomeres longer than wide. Temple strongly and almost linearly narrowed behind eye. OED 2.0× ocellar diameter. Frons punctate and granulate, but shining. Minimal facial width 0.7× eye length. Clypeus 1.7-1.8× as wide as long, with weak transverse ridge basally, basally punctate, apically granulate. MI 0.6-0.7. Mandible short. Mesosoma covered with short setae. Epomia distinct. Mesoscutum with coarse sparse punctures. Scutellum not carinate. Propodeum rugose; with median impression. Apical transversal carina of propodeum absent. Hind coxa 1.4× and hind femur 5.3× as long as wide. Hind claws long, moderately bent apically, with long teeth. Areolet shortly stalked frontally; ramellus long; vein 1cu-a slightly postfurcal. Metasoma smooth and shining. 1 st tergite 2.0× as long as wide. 2 nd tergite about as long as wide. Ovipositor sheath 0.4× as long as hind tibia and 0.8× as long as 1 st tergite; ovipositor straight.

Color: black. Setae of head and mesosoma brownish. Wings moderately infuscate. Pterostigma dark brown.
