D e s c r i p t i o n: ♀. Length 11-13 mm. Flagellum short and filiform, with 32-35 flagellomeres; 1 st flagellomere 4.4-4.8× as long as wide and 0.5× as long as eye; preapical flagellomeres square or transverse. Head and mesosoma covered with short setae. Temple ± parallel behind eye, slightly narrowed apically. Minimal facial width 0.8-0.9× eye length. Clypeus 2.0× as wide as long, with transverse ridge basally, granulate. MI 0.8. Mandible short. Epomia indistinct. Mesoscutum coarsely punctate, smooth and shining between punctures. Scutellum with lateral carina in frontal 0.4-0.5. Propodeum rugose-punctate; spiracle slit-shaped; apical transversal carina complete and distinct, sometimes ± lamelliform. Hind femur 5.7-5.9× as long as wide. Hind claws long, moderately bent apically, with short basal teeth. Areolet shortly stalked frontally; vein 2m-cu proximad its middle; ramellus various; vein 1cu-a interstitial or slightly postfurcal. Metasoma smooth and shining. 1 st tergite 1.6-1.8× as long as wide, with sparse punctures and setae laterally. 2 nd tergite 0.8-0.9× as long as wide. Ovipositor sheath 0.8-0.9× as long as hind tibia and 1.6× as long as 1 st tergite; ovipositor weakly bent upwards.

Color: black. Setae of head and mesosoma brownish. Clypeus sometimes reddish apically. Metasoma ± dark reddish, sometimes only 2 nd and 3 rd tergites reddish. Coxae and trochanters black, rarely hind coxa and trochanter reddish; legs otherwise mainly red; hind tibia apically and hind tarsus entirely black. Pterostigma reddish-brown.

♁. Length 12 mm. Flagellum with 35-36 flagellomeres; 1 st flagellomere 5.2× as long as wide and 0.6× as long as eye. Head with moderately long setae. Temple ± parallel behind eye, slightly narrowed apically. Hind femur 5.6× as long as wide.

Color: black. Metasoma ± dark red; sometimes 1 st tergite black basally. Coxae and trochanters black; legs otherwise mainly red; hind tarsus red, 5 th hind tarsomere slightly paler. Pterostigma reddish-brown.
