D e s c r i p t i o n: ♀. Length 10-11 mm. Flagellum long and bristle-shaped, with 51- 53 flagellomeres; 1 st flagellomere slender, 6.2-6.4× as long as wide and 0.8× as long as eye; preapical flagellomeres longer than wide. Temple strongly and roundly narrowed behind eye. OED 1.5× ocellar diameter. Inner eye margins slightly convergent ventrally. Minimal facial width 0.8-0.9× eye length. Clypeus 2.0× as wide as long. MI 0.5. Mandible short. Epomia absent. Mesoscutum granulate and with very dense superficial punctures, dull. Scutellum not carinate. Propodeum finely rugose; spiracle long-oval; apical transversal carina usually indistinct. Hind femur 5.7-6.5× as long as wide. Hind claws long, strongly bent apically, with basal teeth. Areolet pointed frontally, oblique; vein 2m-cu in or proximad its middle; ramellus long; vein 1cu-a slightly postfurcal or interstitial. Metasoma with microsculpture, ± dull. 1 st tergite 1.9-2.0× as long as wide. 2 nd tergite 0.9× as long as wide. Ovipositor sheath 0.2× as long as hind tibia and 0.5× as long as 1 st tergite; ovipositor straight.
Color: black. Mesosoma with brownish setae. Stripes on flagellomeres 10/11-16/17 and 2 nd /3 rd to 4 th hind tarsomeres yellow. Ovipositor sheath sometimes paler apically.
Pterostigma brown. ♁. Length 10-11 mm. Flagellum with 51-54 flagellomeres; 1st flagellomere 5.9× as long as wide and 0.7× as long as eye. Ocelli large, OED 1.2× ocellar diameter. Hind femur 5.3-5.9× as long as wide. 1 st tergite 2.0× as long as wide; 2 nd tergite 0.9× as long as wide. Color black. Stripe on flagellomeres 12/13-18/19, spot on facial orbit and hind tarsus ± ivory. Clypeus partly reddish or yellow. Fore and mid legs ± ochreous frontally.
