Diagnosis.
First flagellomere distinctly shorter than second (Figs 1B View Figure 1 , 2B View Figure 2 ), eye slightly oval and glabrous, clypeus triangularly protruding anteriorly (Figs 1E View Figure 1 , 2E View Figure 2 ), labrum small triangular shape, mandible with 3-4 teeth or lobes (Figs 1J View Figure 1 , 2J View Figure 2 ), maxillary palp with 6 segments; notauli partially or completely present, scutellar sulcus distinct, precoxal sulcus complete (Figs 1G View Figure 1 , 2G View Figure 2 ); fore wing (Figs 1C View Figure 1 , 2C View Figure 2 ) vein 2-SR slightly bent, vein 2-SR shorter than vein 3-SR; hind wing vein 1-M longer than vein 1r-m; propodeum largely rugose (Figs 1F View Figure 1 , 2F View Figure 2 ); second and third tergites rugose or granulated (Figs 1H View Figure 1 , 2H View Figure 2 ); tarsal claws rather slender (Figs 1K,L View Figure 1 ; 2K,L View Figure 2 ).
