Holotype: PEM A1540 (formerly AMG 5507); Swellendam Mountains, Western Cape Province, South Africa; G. Hutchinson, 5 February 1927.
Paratypes (2): PEM A841–842 (formerly both AMG 5507); same details as holotype. Remarks. The holotype is illustrated as Fig. 31 in Poynton (1964). Both adult female holotype and paratype have a mid-right ventral incision; otherwise in perfect condition.
