Diagnosis.

Body slender and elongate, mesosoma in lateral view 2.1-2.9 × as long as high. Clypeus with apical margin distinctly concave, exposing labrum; gena close to junction of occipital and hypostomal carinae usually raised into a lobe; hind wing with 6-8 basal hamuli on vein C; metasomal insertion above but close to coxal insertions; sternite 1 extending far past the level of spiracle of tergite 1.
