Distribution. Nearctic. Canada: BC, LB, NB, NF, NT, ON, SK, YT. USA: AK, MT, NH (NSR).
Collection and Habitat data. Both NH specimens were taken by sweeping riparian vegetation along the Connecticut River in July and September. In Canada found in litter, gravel, flood debris, and grasses along shores of rivers and streams near flowing water, and in debris of an American beaver ( Castor canadensis Kuhl ) dam near the outflow area; one specimen from debris within wall of beaver lodge ( Webster et al. 2012, Klimaszewski et al. 2021). In BC specimens were collected in sedges along a creek, and from river debris and in coarse woody debris ( Klimaszewski et al. 2020).
