Distribution. Nearctic. Canada: NB. USA (NCR): NH (NSR).
Collection and Habitat data. In NH captured by a green funnel trap with hexane-EtOH bait. In Canada found in fleshy polypore (bracket) fungi on dead standing American beeches, a large fallen basswood, a Populus log, on a stump in a hardwood forest, and in a mixed forest and a mature red spruce and red maple forest. Adults were found within the spore channels of the polypore fungi ( Webster et al. 2016) .
