Note.

This rarely collected native species typically inhabits small, stressed Picea spp. ( Pinaceae ) trees and is known from across Canada (Alberta, British Columbia, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Quebec) Bright 1976, Webster et al. 2012).
