Remarks: The majority of the above records are those of M. granulata , which was sunk into M. silvicola by Christiansen & Bellinger (1992). The record for AB by Lindo (2014) is an assumption based on species occurrence in analogous communities of the United States noted by Brand & Dunn (1998). Generic position of this species remains uncertain: included in Mesaphorura on www. collembola .org, it is probably more similar to Paratullbergia species due to the different type of pseudocelli.
