Diagnosis. Dorsal shield smooth with anterior striations, sternal shield with posterior projection, ventri-anal shield vase-shaped with forward migration of setae JV2 and ZV2; dorsal setae setiform, ratio seta s4: Z1> 3.0: 1, deutosternal grove 5–7 µm in width; peritreme extending to level of seta j1, chelicerae of normal size and shape, fixed digit multidentate with teeth evenly distributed along the digit; GI-III each with a macrosetae; genital shield wider than ventri-anal shield, margin of dorsal shield without marked indentation at level of seta S5( Chant& McMurtry, 2005a).
