Vernacular Names: Mentawai Flying Squirrel.
Distribution: Mentawai Isls ( Indonesia).
Conservation: IUCN – Vulnerable.
Discussion: Part of the rodent fauna endemic to the Mentawai Archipelago (see comments under Leopoldamys siporanus ).
